A murder? Seems unlikely. But not to the residents of Indian Island, a mysterious place off the coast of England where eight strangers face actions only believable in a dream when one resident starts killing their fellow house mates.
This murder mystery, And Then There Were None, was the fall play, which took place Nov. 14-16 at 7 p.m.
“My favorite part about the show was how emotional and backhanded many of the characters are,” said junior Mia Newman, who played Dr. Edna Armstrong. “There is a lot of tension between them, and it certainly provided a lot of entertainment.”
A twist added by the cast, which included 11 students, was to allow the audience to vote between acts to guess which character the audience thought was the most likely suspect as a murderer.
“What I noticed was that it never seemed like they really knew the killer,” senior, Miah Lipps said. “Barely anyone guessed that the final three people would still be alive at the end of the play and that was pretty cool.”
