style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cartoon, illustrations are attractive, understandable, using shadings\/screenings<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design reflects effective graphic style, personality of publication<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ads not included on
